1. When you have decided that you want an email account from Mediasafe go to Our Shop and buy the product you have chosen. Fill in all needed information about account size and the name you wish before the @ in the address. Also choose what domain you want from the list of domains
2. When payment has arrived we will proceed to setup your email account directly. This can take from 15 minutes to 10 hours depending on what time of the day it is.
3. If your desired name is not available, we will contact you and ask you to choose another one
4. When your account is setup you will receive an email on the email address you have in the shop. In the email is information about the address to our webmail. There is also information about your login user name and temporary password. You have to login to webmail and you will the be forced to change password to a more secure one. Now you can start using your new email account.
5. In your webmail there will also be a welcome email that contain the settings you need to use if you want to use an email client instead of the webmail.

3. If you want to purchase a domain through Mediasoft we will contact you
1.1 sub domain and 4 records must be added to your dns setup. A mail subdomain, a mx record, a spv record, a dkim record and a dmarc record
2. Depending on your setup, it can be done in 3 different ways
3. If you have access to your dns zone yourself, you follow the email we will send to you after the payment
4. If your hosting provider must setup the dns, send the email to them and ask them to help
5. You can also ask your domain registrar to point your domain to our dns and we will setup the rest. We can also help you buy a new domain if you wish
